Our Commitment

Resavi Inc. is committed to ensuring our platform is accessible to all Kenyans, including those with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we continuously work to improve the user experience for everyone.

Measures We Take

  • All images include descriptive alt text in both English and Swahili.
  • Our platform supports keyboard-only navigation throughout.
  • Colour contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG AA standards.
  • We support screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
  • Our mobile app complies with Android Accessibility Suite and iOS VoiceOver.
  • We provide Swahili language support for all core user journeys.

Known Limitations

Some third-party map embeds and user-uploaded images may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working with our partners to address these gaps.
